One on One Coaching Programs
Session Coaching
My session coaching consists of one-on-one conversations typically by phone or video conference (Skype/Google Hangouts). I will be your non-biased confidential thinking partner dedicated to making a positive impact on your life. Contracts are co-designed before we start so I really understand your coaching goals. Contracts are typically 6-12 months and sessions usually occur bi-weekly.
Walk & Coach
I hear all the time that people are struggling to keep a fitness program in their lives. Coaching can easily and effectively happen while walking and I offer a select number of sessions each week for clients looking to kill two birds with one stone!
